As bikes become faster, the pace in parks drifts away from its original purpose. Amsterdam would like to remain the calm inside their parks, and they can add a lot of adverts to it, but I think people only need a simple reminder of what the path is for. It's a walking area, where cycling is allowed. So no expensive advertisements; just a sign every 200 meters: Walking area Cycling allowed
