Henosis - A journey in three albums from 2015 to 2020. I got a phone call by Mark Brounen to shoot Joep's first gig. I was not able to shoot it, but if they would, I'd be happy to shoot a documentary about him. Why? Because I was working on multiple heavy contextual documentaries with Jessica Villerius, covering subjects like people on death row. So I was longing for something more poetic in a sense. And so our journey began. We took Bas Verwoerd as director on board and the four of us traveled the world; Joeps story, our journey. From hometown Amsterdam to Germany, Tokyo, NYC and Burning Man.
